Best Heroes and Apprentices
Who are the best heroes and apperentices in the game?
Are we only can recruit one hero only?
Where do you found about heroes information in internet?
Btw i'm play as necromancer.

The hero bard, the female dwarf one. Put her on the regen song (+15 health a turn). Use wisps and earth shaper (dwarf healer monk guys) to surround her. Move as a block. Add Rhino runes (20% physical resist) to push physical resist to 70%. You can handle anything with physical attacks and do ok against other stuff unless its high damage in things like death.

Artificer. Elynn and Demon boy. Next - noble woman with horse.
But if you play on hard+ - only Elynn can win the game. Solo kills Circle mages with right investment.

Alchemist. Any good archer. Potions create miraculous combinations. Really doesn't matter, the deal is to shoot.


Necro. Buffer, but not dwarfy lady - she is useless for undead (and for anyone else). Don't try Frontline with MC on Necro - you got the best army possible and can have it extremely early. Lvl3 soul can be looted on week 2 from Medusae = easy katka.

he-he i had a similar thread, and no one hardley responded.....i feel a little picked-on lol. BUT

As far as heroes the consensus seemed to be Elynn....Philo and Lysra seemed to e a tie. Did you know if you finish Lysras quests she adds 10g a day, nice to have

it's not "Apperentices", it's "apprentices".
Fix the name or the thread will be more difficult to find for people who will search for a discussion like that.

When the very first circle tower spawns close by, it has T3 medusae inside and T2 demon outside.
Sometimes additional T1 units depending on difficulty/region.
If Circle Tower didn't spawn, did you deal with Hamlet? Tower won't spawn until you deal with Hamlet.

yeah just from playing lots, have 100 hours in and guess ive seen em all......a little tip, if the one offering doesnt suit you, you can reject, youl get another offer

Madusas recruiting is in the lower right hand corner, on a island

BUT the portal quest to get them is ruff

The best heroes clearly are the 2 starting goblins. ;$

They did so well that I gave them a Roman Army style retirement: Gave them Farmer Perk and retired them to farm their own plot of land while others fight.

When things get dicey around them then they get might be reenlisted into the army for a brief time. Just like the Romans did. xD

Which buffer? I'm curious because I find necro so awkward to play compared to artificer.

just my 2c, def going with Lytra any repeat runs, the 10g per turn is just to hard to pass, that pays for 5 paladins :/

Everyone whines about gold income in the game, i think that makes her number 1 hands down.

Like Philo and especially Elynn fighting abilities, but i dont wanna be a brokie

necro you get the extra army slot tho......what do you like so much about artificer that compares, been playing a lot alchimist, but all my early starts were artificer and i couldnt find something to compare to an army slot
