Some others QoL (not only) things might be handy also.
- Access cities distantly to view (only) goodies for sale.
- Unit rotation in battles without moving if a unit still has AP.
- Quick save/Quick load.
- Custom difficulty settings (combat diff, world progression etc)
- More player-friendly spellbook
- Ability to re-train units for gold/mana from scratch
- Some in-game manual with possible perks for units/races/...
...
I've been playing for 6 hours now and really don't have much of an idea how many of the systems work. Not sure how I am supposed to get higher tier units, although I have a few. The game just is not explained well at all.
If you want to know where your units are learn to use the TAB button to focus on them or the Leader button.
I would however not be against the CHOICE of units being shown on the map BUT being able to disable or enable that option as we see fit.
It isn't my units I cannot find, it is seeing domain ownership, enemy units, etc. It is fine if you don't want the feature, but no reason to be rude telling me I need to learn how press a key (which obviously doesn't come close to what I am asking for) because I want a better overview of the world than is currently provided.
With a 10 person team there are simply limits to what we can do.
However, most quests don't really require a quest log as they are single events and some are tracked by the spellbook. So we had to make a call on that.
We just prioritised other features. Clearly it would be nice to have one and we will see what we can do.
