Sorry, but what in the world is an "urban hex"
GREAT game. I LOVE IT (wife hates it, haha) but undead, there is a spell that I could summon up necros on an "urban hex." Whenever I cast it, it tells me nothing is nearby. So my question is, what is an urban hex?

Probably a hex one of the main cities is build on?

Yes it's a hex adjacent to a city faction.
