Is the circus bugged? It seems to do nothing no matter what I do except drains my gold with options.

Maybe. But it looks like the chance is not that high as I paid 3 times in a row and still got nothing :(

Yup, same for me... it never goes away from the map and is unresolved despite paying more than 5 times... kinda annoying (same as the Wishing Well). Would prefer much more to resolve them somehow

There's a quest related to it but otherwise it's basically useless. Would be good if it gave a blessing when you paid the money or something.

There is. From looking at things behind the scenes you are able to return the wolf to the circus. I was only ever able to return the collar. I guess it is entirely RNG whether you get the option to or not since the arachnnmancer is as well. Idk what the reward is for returning the animal. I could probably check the triggers and find out.

WIshing well is actually a quest that can be finished. In one event you will find the letter to Lady Luck. Don't open the letter, otherwise it disappears. Then you can give the letter to the well and it will give you spell page if I remember right.

The fortune teller does give good info on some location quests. I only know of one and idk if it only spawns after you talk to her but she will tell you the path through the cave.

I think it gives you quests. The first time I paid it mentioned about a smile, and then a quest appeared.
