i missed recruiting her by chapter 10, and she disappeared by chapter 11. when she will back again?

I don't think it comes out once you fail to recruit outsiders. We've done Episode 14 now, and the people who failed are never seen again.

I did not recruit here at the fist place but later she returned in the camp. 5-10 missions later approximately.

think i missed gabriel, he showed up later aswell, dunno if it's the same for all of the side characters but seems there is a chance at least.
