How horse riding good if trade with less accuracy and blocking?

Movement speed increase, you can Mount/Dismount as a free action (before moving) and, with Mounted Combat 2, you can move after attacking. Note that some terrain is actually slower if you are mounted and some spells (just 1?) inflict more damage on mounted riders. it is a trade-off and situational so being mounted is not always better than being on foot. Also, some horses grant additional skill buffs.
