Stella's charge account

Anyone know how to complete Stella's charge account Quest in Episode 12.
Based on the content, I think he might be a drinker, so I tried to talk to Gilbert and Francisco and use leadership, but I don't think so. Other people talk to me one by one, but I lack leadership. It's already Episode 14. It's the last minute, so please help me.

You shouldnt need leadership at all for this quest. If i recall you need to open your inventory and actually read the note she gives you at the start of the quest. Afterwards it sends you to porter.
