Permanent buffs?

Curious if there are such items if just to know.

The main stats can be permanently buffed with several items from the chemical category (craftable), as well es leveling your skills.

The items in question are

-The Protein (+ 1 Str)
-Intelligencer (+ 1 Int)
-Vital Gummi (+1 Vit)
-Heart Drink (+10 HP)

These can also be found in field dungeons, the sharance maze or in random chests just about anywhere (enemy spots rarely spawn chests instead of creatures). And some foraging spots can have these as well. I know of a spot in the Delirium Lava Ruins that can give Heart Drinks.

Some monsters also have these in their drop table.
