I THINK I F'D UP (please help)

So I am trying to get millionstrike and I know for a fact it's in Irda cave in a secret room. I even know how to get to the secret room. Problem is, I think I soft locked myself out of being able to get to that room.

There is a purple lever you have to hit in one of the rooms to access the staircase that takes you to the chest that contains millionstrike. Apparently when I ran through this dungeon the first time I hit the purple lever switch in just a way to where I cannot access the room WITH the switch again. and the rooms are one way only. I dont see any way to get around this yet with a teleporter or anything so Im worried. I also have not been able to get this skill from pretty chests at all, and I have cleared every level of the Sharance Maze and farm dungeon seeds all the time. So I am not even sure if it is possible this way or if I'm just extremely unlucky with it.

I thought I remember millionstrike being sold by the rune ability merchant or Arthur. I could be wrong.

This could be a possibility, although every time Ive gone to the merchant he never sells abilities that i havent shipped yet. again, could just be bad luck but I dunno. My boyfriend, who is also looking for this, says that the merchant does sell skills you havent acquired yet, but it has never happened to me

I've just played now and checked, the Rune merchant definitely sell abilities whether you ship it before or not... I see some abilities I never shipped before being sold.. although I haven't seen millionstrike and I've gone half a season already.

That particular ability may seem like you can softlock yourself from getting it, however there is an alternative route to get to it in this case.

It's been too long to recall exactly, but I do remember specifically encountering this issue myself as well. Vaguely recall a hidden wall and having to go around, possibly within another secret to access it. IIRC there is a pond or something in a room that you can no longer get to because a switch has been flipped (e.g. your softlock belief) but you can get back to that pond room, possibly from the room directly north of it via hidden wall.

Just to confirm Rune ability seller definitely sell millionstrike and any other abilities... just seen it.
