Bow Attachments

Are the bow attachments working properly? I tried putting both a red dot sight and a holographic one on the bow. They attach on the right side (opposite the arrow) and you can immediately tell they're not aligned with where the arrow will go.

I'm right handed and have my game setting to dominant right hand, but do you have to change some setting specifically for the bow to make it a right hand bow so that the sights will attach on the other side?

No, they do not. In fact, the attachments do not work so hard that the muzzle devices (attached... somehow... to a bow) just disappear between level changes.
No, there's no setting to move the sight, either. I use "Left hand" and the sight position is the same. Not that it matters, since it's pointing anywhere but towards the arrow's flight path. This is a completely freehand bow.

In the trailer the bow has a proper bow sight. Is this something you have to buy/find or is it toggled in the settings somewhere?

Learned from someone on the Discord that the bow sight, though in the trailer, is something that was cut shortly before release because they had too many issues with it / didn't feel right. Gun sights/muzzles can still be attached even if they're not useful because they provide stats, which was the easiest way to keep from breaking the game's balancing
