difficult or not?

is this game difficult? I found ith ard to figure out what to do next in disco elysium and struggled to succeed any further into the game.
I finished gamedec though.

so is this game for me or will I throw it away cause I cant figure out what to do?

I haven't played DE, so I cannot give you a estimate based on that. In general, the game seems to be fairly easy. There were a couple of close calls with some of the timed events in my playthrough, but nothing I'd consider particularly difficult. After you hit a certain threshold, you'll blast through the rest of the game.

If you can manage resources and risk well, you'll be fine. If you have difficulty with that, it's probably not going to be a cakewalk, but the game won't destroy you either.

I really like both DE and this game but they're very different. DE's systems are much more convoluted. I would said CS is much easier. Whether that's good or bad is up to the player to decide; in your case it sounds like you'd consider that good.

Im always been bad in these type of games, if its divinity or DE... the first game I actually completed was gamedec. so thats why Im a bit worried if this is telling me a red line or if its filled with riddles that I cant solve like in DE. :D

There are no riddles at all and the game is not nearly as complex as Divinity or similar RPGs either. It's really mostly a visual novel with very light RPG mechanics, so there is nothing to worry about.

the main issue is money (which you can solve by a gambling choice with good rolls, and using re-rolling bad ones) and late game you end up having to stockpile mushrooms to stop you dying.

it's not really hard at all though.

This isn't as complex as DE; the only real difficulty factor is managing your time/resources ingame. It's more of a visual novel than an RPG in terms of presentation,

As far as I am aware you can't really 'lose,' you just are able to do less and less in any given day. I wouldn't compare it to DE at all, except perhaps in the quality of the writing and interactions. As others have said, it's more of a VN with some resource management, but while the resource management clocks (really made me think of PbtA!) do create some stress for you, you can't really 'fail' at the game.

this game is not difficult, at all. you have to try to fail, it holds your hand throughout. i still enjoyed it, but seeing people lazily comparing this to disco elysium is honestly pretty depressing. "it has reading, it has dice, it's like disco elysium you guys" is lazy and wrong. they are not similar, they are not even in the same ballpark.
