DLC mentions of previous characters?

Has anyone completed the final DLC in the same save file where you've completed other storylines? I'm just curious if you get any info about what happens to Lem and Mina or any of the other characters, if they stay or go, etc. For me, Feng showed up at one part, and I think Riko was the only character mentioned in the little epilogue thing, but I don't know if that's just because of the save I was using.

I was gonna come back today and say I answered my own question by replaying the final DLC with an old save file. This time I got to talk to Lem and Mina, Tala, and the Navigator during the events, and the stray cat was in the epilogue. But I didn't notice anything about Emphis even though I completed his stuff. Maybe I just missed it.

Emphis is related to Tala as he ends up in the bar cooking mushrooms for many excited spacers. I think its because I said I'd run the bar and stayed behind

I'm kinda puzzled by the lack of mention of Sabine both in the DLC and in general after the Yatagan questline is complete.
Sabine is after all one of the original Sleeper program researchers. They should be on your speed dial 24\7 as you try to solve your planned obsolescence crisis.
