Sidereal spoilers, did I screw myself over?

I was doing the mission to fix the sidereal, I never intended to think I was going to get a ticket to leave and if I did I was like I'll give it to lemon Mina.

No one gets a ticket if they didn't have an ID and I'm trying to sneak them on board and it looks like I'm getting roped into leaving by Castor (time limit set).

I still have lots of missions I wanted to do, I haven't tied up anything Sabine, the commune, Rebel Ender (whatever his name is that's supposed to remove my tracker), or the XPR dudes or the seed.

Did I activate endgame?

Do I have to not do the investigation of celis ship at all or do I get the choice at the tail end of the mission?

Like I just want to get Lem and Mina on board and stay.

Okay looks like you do get a last minute chance to ditch. I was just unsure because they give you a few chances to.
