继Disco Elysium之后，Citizen Sleeper再一次在这种文字类TRPG里技惊四座，个人认为本作的剧本在文学意义上并没有DE那么突出，但在对资本主义的批判上仍然有其亮点。打个比方的话，DE是浓郁热烈的龙舌兰，那么CS就是纯净的伏特加。CS里并没有如同DE那样充满光怪陆离的隐喻，有的只是冰冷的叙述，正是千古悠悠，有多少冤魂嗟叹，空怅惘，人寰无限，丛生哀怨。

本作剧情设定上非常类似银翼杀手，主角是人造人，因故逃脱公司的奴役，现在从逃亡之后的沉睡中醒来，想办法在极端困境中谋求生路。从这一点上来说，熟悉银翼杀手的朋友应该就明白本作的基调了。我是首发XGP的时候玩的，从22年5月到现在很久很久了，游戏内容经过了很多增补，具体增加的内容我并不了解，就首发版而言，游戏的大小连1G都不到，可以称得上麻雀虽小五脏俱全。主角开局困窘无比，时刻为自己的生存发愁，还要在黑市里寻找续命的灵丹妙药，这一点和DE非常类似，Harrier Du Bois一开始也是为房租发愁，这种处境用haunted来描述是最为简洁的，可以说现代社会上的无产阶级就是如此，每天睁开眼就为生计发愁。吊诡的是，现代社会宣扬的价值观和纳粹集中营的标语“ARBEIT MACHT FREI”可以说毫无区别，财务自由这个概念从出生的第一天起就给自由蒙上了阴影，无非是把Arbeit替换成Geld而已。具体到游戏里，无非就是常见的一些情节，酒吧、黑帮、黑客、佣兵、财阀，以及如蝼蚁一样生存的芸芸众生，这里就不做剧透了，从文学意义上讲，本作类似于毛姆的小说，情节流畅生动，但是深刻性不如顶级作品。本作的另外一个亮点就是OST，迷幻风的电子乐和太空主题相得益彰，常常在游玩的过程中让人连连惊叹。

最后，用类比来形容的话，PST=卡拉马佐夫兄弟，DE=万有引力之虹，CS=刀锋，在这样一个荒诞的发达资本主义时代里，有机会能见到马克思所说的人的全面发展吗？这是我最好奇的。

Well-executed, contentful space exploration VN-like. I like the world concept. Art's nice, and the dice-rolling is a nice pacing + RNG mechanic I haven't experienced in this form before.

Critique: the writing is too self-consciously 'thoughtful', 'deep', melancholic, and moralized for my tastes. The game leans too heavily on presumed player sympathy for the characters, rather than interesting plot, extended world-building, or mechanical depth. Most of this character sympathy is motivated by making them quirky unique snowflakes you're supposed to like because they're vulnerable to you, which doesn't do much for me and gets old very quickly. The narrative bias/railroading in the choices you're allowed to make also gets tiring. The unknowns in the plot kept me interested enough to access all of the endings and do most of the refugee DLC, but there wasn't a worthwhile payoff.

I'd give it a neutral rating if I could -- it was net ok, but not worth the time or money opportunity cost. If you're looking for some content™ to kill time with, I'd get it at $5-10 for a 7/10 experience you can get through in a day or two.
