Frankenstein Builds?

If its not already possible, it would be very interesting to be able to make custom builds with different cars. Like taking the front end from the b200 and putting it on the niv so that a v8 would fit correctly into the engine bay and same thing for the lad. Is this possible or feasible?

i've seen people doing the Niv Truck. No idea how its done but thats kinda like what your talking about
probably some mod
