i just started playing game and i can't get the spark plug tools to work or any of other tools i can't find a tutorial i saw some videos that did explain that well help thanks

Pick up tools with right click. Press F to switch certain tools from tighten to loosen. Left click to perform the specific tools action.

TIP: Always switch tools BACK to tighten before attempting to pull out parts so you don't accidentally loosen something behind it and create a problem for yourself.

how close are you supposed to be am i looking for any from watching some videos it showed bolts are green does spark plug to that do thanks

After you remove the spark plug wires and are holding the spark plug wrench when you are at the correct distance they will turn green. Just make sure you are on loosen if you are removing them.

When you go to reinstall the spark plugs you will be holding them. So you will pick the spark plugs up with the left mouse click, and holding it, and drag the plugs into their sockets until the check mark shows that you are over it and release the left click.

Then just use the spark plug wrench again in tighten mode to reinstall them.

good tip, ive done that (accidently loosend a bolt and made car not start cuz bolt is now lose and donno which) so many times

Another good tip is if your trying to tighten/loosen a part and the bolt doesn't highlight/show up, drop the tool and pick it back up. This issue is more noticeable when modded.
