I know, I know, not exactly the answer your looking for, but its the best I have. Now, if its not loading at all, then I would double check to make sure you have the latest version of mods and that they are installed correctly. What I would do is:
1. Verify game install through steam.
2a. Check the mods on nexus for any reported issues/problems, then....
2b. Re-download all mods only from nexus (and insure they are the latest).
3. try to play it.
It seems that alot of popular mods are either abandoned or really slow to update and my not be compatible with the latest release anymore. If anything, start with just the mod loader and modui, that will give you an indication if things are installed correctly and working. Then annoying as it may be, add only one mod in at a time and try the game each time. You might have a mod that is waaaaaaay out of date and causing the game to not load at all.
