New player
Cant even get started with bad controls, dont undersdtand what to do no direction. pc runs the game fine but cant really enjoy the game.

In game hit Escape go to "Options" and "Configure controls" in the middle of the screen, set whatever you want your controls to be. Click "Tutorial window" in the top right and read the tutorials (you only have a mouse cursor in the escape menu to click the different section) if you still don't understand what to do, maybe you should watch some Youtube videos on the game.

very clunky too and youtube doesnt reallt help. i couldnt even drive the car and get it to the repair area

There are plenty of info and letsplays on youtube, that where i learned most things, but it is a very special game thats hard to get into.
But if you love car stuff, its pretty fun once you understand how things work.

I'd say its not a player friendly game, there is allot of jank and odd controls and driving is ...an experience... however, its the ONLY game that has a sandbox for cars where you can build and experiment and do allot of things with simple vehicles. I had to follow youtube videos to learn some things but over time it won me over. But ya, its rough and tests your patience.

Floor jacks, hidden rust, crashing on the road into invisible barriers, assembling a car only to discover it wont start because you missed a single bolt.. trying to haul things only for them to vanish, launch into space or fall through the floor boards.... yeah...

you van use a controller to drive cars btw. if that help with driving being a "experience"
