How do you destroy the starting garage?
Do I need a new file and can you transfer cars to other save files?

There's a poster on the wall in the shop that will let you remove the garage for like $5000 IIRC. If you use the keys on the storage shed you can transfer cars between saves but you need to park the car in the shed first.

I already bought the expansion long long ago, guess ill need a new save

yeah maybe I never bought the expansion so I have 2 posters one for expanding and one to destroy the garage

How do you transfer cars? I see none in the garages.

You have to put one of your cars in the storage warehouse. On the warehouse there are keys hanging that pertain the save number. Just click on the key that you stored the car under (if you stored the car on save #3 then pick key #3) and open the door and your car should be there
