How do I use the Diagnostics paper?

Does anyone have an idea how to use it or if it even works yet? If you hit the ( i ) key on a car it pulls up info. Go to the bottom of the info page and click on Diagnostic info. It will pull up a blank diagnostics paper. I wish to know how to fill/use it

the diagnostics area is only filled in if you pay to have one done at the service center in town

Drive your vehicle to the service center in the main town. Either park outside on the parking spot or drive into the left side garage door into the first parking spot. Go to the counter in the car sales area and select the full diagnostics paper. If you parked outside in the parking spot it will move your car to the interior one for you. (just make sure nothing loose is in your car because when it transports your car physics locked items fall to the ground)

After You've paid for that you press "i" and check diagnostics and it will give you information about all the parts and their condition they are in.

Note - you can also tow the car to the service center for a bigger tow fee, but the problem is if it's your only vehicle you'll have no way to get over there unless you previously moved your customer parking sign there to teleport to or if you have another vehicle. or if you really feel like running on foot for 10 minutes :P
