I liked the game at first, then I realized that it was not balanced, it's impossible to win. Also, you never do updates like Goose Goose Duck does (at least one a month), to believe that you don't care if it's not skins that make money. It's a shame, you're going to start losing players, Goose Gose Duck is much better.

Yes and no. For this particular case only one person complaining means nothing to them. An actual move from a big number of players would give them monetary loses and then they will care.
The forum is not useless. It's letting an angry irrational child do his complains where no one can pay attention to him!
