I hope we get 'Tech Worlds' one update. Dyson Spheres and Dyson Rings. We need those!

TEC Garrison Recruitment Center: Exotic Cost reduced from 2 Indurium to 1 Indurium.

Or

TEC Garrison Recruitment Center: Exotic Cost Removed.

Is the whole patch meant to slow down and delay the gameplay? Is that all? And why do we need such a useless update?

Only for such a useless patch can you dislike it. Apart from the art, the neural network does everything else for you and develops the game.
I like this update. It was far too easy to get guaranteed exotics from survey and thus easy Capital Ships.

Instead of nerfing Capital Ships, they nerfed their ease of access. I love it!

one refers to the tech cost for the research to gain garrisons. the actual garrisons dont cost exotics.

Says later in the notes that the research is 1 indurium from 0.

Recommend putting a confirmation check before updating when updates are not compatible with previous versions... here's to hoping my save game is still there when i revert back...

Check the header under which the change is listed, one is research, tge other one item cost.

You can do something like this by setting the update fir since to from automatically to manual in your steam settings for Sins 2 from your library.

Yes exotics need to be nerfed. But nerf by RNG is very bad. You loose part of strategy to increase luck factor. And this is a strategy game !
Instead nerfing by RNG you can nerf by increasing ressources costs of survey.
