Automated Capital Ship Development

You know, when you reach the late game and you're at the point you pump out capital ships, it would be nice if you can automate the skill and individual upgrades on the ship instead of clicking through everything.

Press the auto capital ship development button at the top of the military command window.

I just Saw this button too. The tutorial misses a few things. It took me multiple games to figure out Psionics in this game. Definitely could use more info.
