Telepathic Relay
Telepathis Relay is an advent Planetary Item. I've researched it, but I can't find the option to build it in any of my planets. What am I missing?

It doesn't specify if it's limited to any planet type, and yet I've tried all planet types available to me including desert and I don't see this option. Any help?

Telepathic relays should be buildable on Asteroids and as far as I know only on them. Not entirely sure why... maybe to balance out their influence bonuses?

In communication, a relay is usually a smaller installation that serves to boost signal or otherwise prevent degradation. Thus, planets are used to serve as the base broadcast sites for telepathy, and asteroids are used to relay the psychic projection.
