After a reboot of your PC, are you able to readily reproduce the issues from a save?
If you can, we would like to look at that save. You can upload it to a cloud drive service of your choice (GoogleDrive, OneDrive, etc) and post a shared link in a reply.
Saves are located:
C:\Users\[YourWindowsAccountName]AppData\Local\sins2

Game just stopped. Yeah. I reboot, reinstall. Still same problem. Game randomly crashes. Sometimes 15min in, sometimes it crashed as soon as I enter the map.

One of the saved file. I joined probably 10+ games. All end up crashing. I really want to play a game long enough to see build the titans.

yes, but the only detail i can give is : crashing during a random action (upgrading a ship, researching a tech, moving my fleet ....)
did you have any mods installed?
actually, no :)
I have your save but its not being recognized.
I want to have you verify your installation.
-Right-click over Sins II, 'Properties
-'Installed Files' then 'Verify integrity'
-When complete, start a new game
-Manually save it multiple times throughout your gameplay, giving it a name you will easily recognize.
-Should it crash, please run this batch file I have created and follow its instructions.
