How to change UI languge?
My default language fonts turn UI and tips into complete mess, how to change it to EN? I cant find any option to do it...

There's 2 ways: From within Steam, select it and click the Gear icon -> Properties. Then pick English from the language dropdown.

Or in-game, hit Ctrl-Shift-S to bring up the Settings. At the top, type 'lang' in the text box. Then you should see 2 rows - switch it to 'en' on the 2nd one.
