Why nerf advent when i'm the only one playing them?

Nerfing Tempest because people like to spam them is such a kneejerk reaction. Tempest has no piercing and gets melted by anti-frigates like Oppressors or light frigates. All that metal and crystal wasted when Advent has access to early carriers...

man all that talk of good advent carriers makin me wanna give it a serious go, I been playing enclave carriers

Advent has the best carriers. Both cruiser and capital. They can field the most numerous squadrons, giving them the flexibility to switch at will. They get them earlier than others while being the best one. Vasari carriers come with 2 PDs but that's not going to stop bombers, only stray missiles. TEC carriers are too middling. You're kind of force to build them only to lose against both Vasari and Advent carriers. Vasari bombers are unkillable, but Advent don't care because their bombers will snipe all their carriers while Halcyon shields the fleet from Vasari bombers.

No vasari bombers are easy killable with advents PD ship... it has so many guns it shoots EVERYTHING out the sky, spam around 20 and youll never be hit by a missile or bomber again
