Need help

So I got the HD remake for my girlfirend for Christmas but she says that he runs too slow; therefore making the dam mission almost impossible. I had an idea but I haven't been able to find the file. I once did this on Freelancer when I was having trouble. Here it is: where is the file I would tweak to make Stranger run faster or harder to kill? I've looked for it but I don't have time since I have work in 30 minutes. I'm hoping that when I come home tonight, someone would have given me the file name lol thank you in advance
