Stuck in first town after boilz booty.

I'm pretty sure I have to restart my game after capturing boilz booty because I can't leave the town. I've captured all enemies and I have made sure that I have actually captured boilz.

I believe this glitch was caused because I punched one of the clakkerz from outside into the town and then the doors closed so he couldn't get out. Normally after boilz, you'd never see that clakker again because you have to move on so he might despawn after that point. Except he didn't despawn because he was not in the area that he was meant to be in. I think the mission only completes once all NPCs (enemy or friendly) are gone and boilz has been captured so since there is an invincible NPC I can't clear the stage.
