Sea Scholar's Guild
I've been to 3 seaports in a new game I've started, but all 3 did not have a Sea Scholar's Guild recruiter. Has anything changed in that regard or am I just unlucky?

It's been a while, so I may be remembering wrong, but I think Sea Scholar recuiters only appear on The less common seaports that are on desert islands, instead of seaport islands. :wwpirate:
