New ship but lost equipment

got new ship but all the forge, crafting tables etc. are now gone.

They should still be on your old ship. You can replace your old ship and manually remove them or if you inspect your old ship item you can retrieve all upgrades from it from that interface.

Ships do not 'vanish', they are in your inventory. Open your inventory and look at the ship tab. All the ships you own will be shown.

From there you can remove all the equipment from the ship IN YOUR INVENTORY with the click of a button FROM THE INVENTORY LIST.
