Is there a way to achieve this with a bit more ease? I know this is supposed to be hard but I tried for like more than an hour and I still couldn't hit the center with the arrow pointing at the green bar (I am always missing).

Hello, you can try to take the time following the cursor and guessing repeatedly where it would end up the time you see it and press the key. After few loops of the cursor and confident of getting the rythm you can then actually press the key and hope it's the good guess. But know it has to be on the center with a very small winable marge, all green zone isn't win from what I experienced
Keep shooting once on trials after the first one can also help guessing the time the key input takes

Either that or trying to press again very, very quickly after the first key press to confirm the aim cursor's position. But fair to say it is not really easier
