Still would prefer if Nicole and Mark got back together but the fact that the girl that Mark is on a date with might actually be Jessica kinda blew my mind honestly.
While that would be awesome. I do think that it makes sense as to why it doesnot happen in the last timeline. Mark really focuses on his friends and his family life because that is what he was sorta ditching in the first timeline. So he doesnot even think about love or romance until he gets older. Nicole is simular, she really focuses on Piano and Kate instead of other stuff. She probally wouldnot be painting in the hallway if she and Kate were friends, Mark wouldnot learn Piano as he got over his moms death so they wouldnot have met in the Piano class etc.
I do like that theory of Jessica though. It always felt off about her the entire game and that she always was more than what was shown to us.
