Videoke achievement

Hello everyone, I'm looking for help to 100% the game here. There's two achievements that involve the Videoke in chapter 4, one requiring to obtain a 85-99 rating and the second one requiring to get a score of 100. However, each time I play the mini-game (wether I play it perfectly or not) I always obtain a score around 75 (when I perform perfectly with zero miss I reach 77). I wanted to know if it happened to someone else and if you know how I could fix this. I think I have the right method of holding down the imput during the green notes, even if I don't know for sure when I'm supposed to let go.
For additional context I'm mainly playing the second song: "9843-Bahay Kubo" and I'm playing on Steamdeck.

Ngl I had issues 💯 this game and gave up on the Steam Deck. Some of the mini games had controller issues on the SD. Often times I had to use the trackpad as a mouse control.

I will attempt it again but on my PC with k+m. The controls on SD for this game can be a bit janky.

Hello, maybe you don't see some missed notes as they are quite easy to fade among successful ones. To get around 85 you need to get them all and most or all in their success state before "perfect" (I don't remember the name used, maybe "great" ?). You are close!

For green notes, from my experience you effectively have to hold between the first and the second note. And as normal notes, still need to release the button when the cursor is a bit before the second note to get "perfect". But maybe input lag could play there
Score 100 however needs likely only perfect notes

Thank you but I am pretty sure I didn't missed a perfect. I'll try again on a PC to be sure it's not a controller issue

Alright I just fixed the issue thanks for your help guys. I was using the D-pad of my Steamdeck for the imput but it seems like the game only registered the imput once so I couldn't hold the note during the green sections. If someone encounters the same issue one day, I fixed it by binding the D-pad as the left joystick and it work perfectly!

I didn’t think about using the joystick to rebind. I actually used the left trackpad to rebind the keys and it didn’t register well. I’ll try the joystick, thanks!
