A Few Suggestions
Picked up the game yesterday. I haven't regretted it yet, but we'll see. It looks polished, and the UI is relatively good. It helps that you can move things around freely and zoom them in and out. Hellebore definitely is a highlight. And the game pulls off a creepy atmosphere all through. Nicely done.

Meanwhile, some nagging issues came to mind:

- Agree with some complaints that plants taken off the shelf don't return to their previous locations (the ones you assigned to them after they were identified.)

- More shelf space wouldn't be a bad idea.

- Current shelf state doesn't allow for organization to make it easier to find what you tagged because, as the game, advances, there are more and more plants coming in. Oddly enough, the game seems to add new potions only in the middle section of the shelf. Having more plants isn't necessarily a bad thing, but more in the next item.

- At some point, it becomes difficult to keep up with the amount of new plants requested by customers that you don't have in stock. At that point in the game, I just gave up and looked online for the location of the new items because 1) they outnumbered the clues I had on file and 2) some of the clues were not really helpful. It feels as if the game was rushed midway to make sure all the intended plants are introduced.

You could've made the game a bit longer to phase in new plants more gently without harming the pace. In fact, a little more suspense would definitely bolster the pace.

- Broken mind puzzles could be more varied. Right now, there's only two of them. After a while, they get tiresome.

- I think Hellebore needs to have more of a presence. I hesitate to say nuisance, but just a thought.

- If you check auto-label, any notes you add to the label before the potion is officially identified by the game is lost.

- Some of the potions in the "Earlier" section at the end of the game are not in the book and there are zero clues to help you track them - short of resorting to online help.

- It would be nice to be able to explore more areas on the map.
