I've misidentified one of the plants for the end puzzle. It would take me all day to sort it out.

Actually, I think I'm deadlocked. I didn't open the flower box until the mission started, and there appears that I didn't get widow's woe from the clue in there. Is there a way I can start the day over?

I think the game doesn't block you from following the clue - I was pretty much in the same situation at the end of my game - just try to quickly retrieve the plant before you go to the ritual site.

I did the same thing with the locked box - I forgot we already had a way to open it and was waiting patiently for a clue or a key until the final day. I was still able to retrieve it and finish the game, though. Can you tell us more about your issue with the misidentified plant? If you haven't yet placed them where they need to go you should still be able to correct it!
