This game isn't an AAA, these current gen consoles are also quite expensive (especially the PS5).

seriously though. I looked up the sx and it's $999CAD. I bought one 2 years after they launched for $650. Nearly doubled in price is insane. Min specs for this game shows it could easily run on last gen consoles with some optimizations, and probably the switch 1.

Unless there are optimisation issues there's no reason a game with Unity cannot run decently on the original Switch. Hell, they managed to make Doom 2016 run on it without too much compromise.
