Blur Filter Off
Does anyone know of any way to remove the blur? If that's even possible of course, this would look great pixelated.

Are you talking about the CRT Filter in the Display settings? If that's off the game should not be blurry.

I mean the blurry textures, I realise they may have been created to resemble the N64 three point filter, but I was kind of hoping it was due to an actual filter designed to resemble the N64, and there would be some way to disable it.
