Need Control Fix

When the game starts when we get the prompt it will stop on steam for a minute when you choose what you want to play - The game loads however what I think is happening is that the game isn't recognizing steam input and my controller isn't working.

I have to restart the game multiple times or wait on steam then click on the game to get my controller to work in game. Sometimes just shutting down my controller and turning it on fixes the issue.
