How does one receive compensation for the lost Login Days & Maintenance related items lost while game broken by you?
PS: I sure hope that you guys also send some decent compensation, to all of us out there that are effectively locked out of our account for how ever long you take to fix the issue. For exemple right now I have paid to unlock my extra trading fleets for 7 days, and the clock is ticking down, but I can't use them. Are you going to give refunds for it or give us a free week wen ever you fix this problem????
yeah - it worked until that notice appeared - then it was broken since. Seems they can't seem to just do it right.
