How does one receive compensation for the lost Login Days & Maintenance related items lost while game broken by you?

looks like 2 years and I have lost my account. I have no idea how to fix your screwup nor am I going to attempt to fix it. Spent many hours on this game love it so do me a favour and fix it ASAP

Absolutely agree Rabottens, great game, love it, I been playing it daily after work to chill. Even spent some good cash in it, no later than yesterday. I appreciate that you guys are putting out a quick fix, but the thing is, I have little to no savy wen it comes to computers. It is not because I game a lot, that I mod or code. SO please come up with a proper patch, and release it on steam so the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue can be fixed, without me having to go hunt for some random files or certificate in my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ windows folders, or god knows what the ♥♥♥♥ else.
PS: I sure hope that you guys also send some decent compensation, to all of us out there that are effectively locked out of our account for how ever long you take to fix the issue. For exemple right now I have paid to unlock my extra trading fleets for 7 days, and the clock is ticking down, but I can't use them. Are you going to give refunds for it or give us a free week wen ever you fix this problem????

The Authentication Error Just returned this am - over an Hour after logging in & playing. Might be best to fully refund all Steam Players before your lawsuit?

There are news on line page that login issue was fixed, but until yesterday I was able to freely login into the game and now I get the "Failed to authentithicate" error…

yeah - it worked until that notice appeared - then it was broken since. Seems they can't seem to just do it right.
