I can't get past the menu

Hello,
I'm not able to get past the menu - Load/New/Settings don't work. Only Quit menu works. The game was working for me but just stopped at some point. I've tried everything suggested (uninstall game, uninstall steam, drivers, updates, data integrity, etc) and none has worked.
Please help.

Hi! Can you please send your Player.log file to [e-mail]? It's found in %AppData% for the game.

Hi there, thanks for getting back. I can't find that file for some reason. I've searched the entire installation folder.
