I am taking back my positive review, it crashes right when I was almost done, I was doing no save run but now I have to do it all again, thanks for nothing stupid devs

i spent near enough all day on this crap too, fix this game, no wonder that achievement is rare when the game crashes

well I got all the stuff for that garden thing and I walked through the door to which point the game crashed, with no saves I cannot get back in there in good time

would having auto saves be a bad thing, the resident evil's have it, are you scared of auto save, if the stupid game crashes at least you can go to auto save cause the achievement will not be voided the no save one cause auto saves never count again just look at resident evil, the next update needs auto saves cause this game is not even finished, if your gonna make an achievement tied to no saves at least give us auto saves

There are auto saves. :) If you play on the easiest difficulty the game checkpoints periodically. Offhand I don't believe that counts against the acheevo, although I could be wrong. Someone who's tried that before could jump in to verify.

Not sure about difficulty, but from experience the game does not hold using cheats against you in regards to achievements. So if you feel like you’ve already earned the achievement the hard way, just turn on infinite ammo or something and breeze through the game with the shotgun (this can be gotten early, even). Shouldn’t take too long to beat it that way. And if you really want to experiment you can try it on the easiest difficulty. I doubt that’d count against you.

I tried cheats too and one time and nope would not unlock at all, strange works well in resident evil how odd

ok that's stupid, I understand the unfriendly difficulty not having auto saves makes sense but why the others and only giving auto save to easy mode, again taking from resident evil all difficulty's have auto save minus the hardest one which makes sense, I feel like next update should have that but again don't have too many auto save areas, have a auto save per new stage entered that way when the game crashes it will be fine and you can just resume from last entered new location

Hm. I have tested myself that having infinite ammo did still let me get achievements. So it should work unless that was changed. Did you have something else enabled, like one of the modes? When I had free-cam mode on, for example, that prevented me from getting one of the rank achievements I was going for.

Nope, just wouldn't let me get them, I don't know why, maybe the devs are just weird, but anyway never touching this game again, the crashes don't justify the game and the achievements for no saves with only easy mode having auto saves is stupid

There is a way to change the difficulty by editing your save file according to the developer. You can find the instructions on how to do it on an earlier thread. Just search ‘change difficulty’.

I mean seriously, I can just be on the pause menu doing nothing, and it still crashes. It crashes out more often than Ive shut down the game normally...
