How to open the 'taped shut' dresser in the dressing room.

The bolt cutters don't do anything, so how do I get in their? I haven't found any scissors or anything of that nature...

the ducks are just a cheeky little "signature" left by one of the developers whenever he worked on a room

... why are there nailed shut doors?

you need to s rank all of the neighborhorde maps and characters. when you do that and start a new game youll have tape cutters in your inventory, use em on the dresser
