Found a cheat tape but can't access

So I had found a cheat tape but my computer was bugging so I had to restart and couldn't get it to spawn again. I could be wrong but I thought I had something to do with the stop light room. I subconsciously played red light green light, when when I tried it again there was no tape. Has anyone figured out the puzzle?

Oh, they unlock permanently. :) Once you beat the game, you'll get the menu to play around with them! :)

Oh okay gotchu, thankyou. Great game so far, love the aesthetic. the only thing tripping me up is their grab distance and lack of cross hairs.

You can enable a crosshair in the Game settings.

I found one during a New Game + playthrough, It unlocked the 'Tiny Gordon' cheat but it isn't showing up in the menu. I have since finished it a second time and it still hasn't shown up. I will see if finding it in a fresh save works.

I have a cheat tape but can't open the unlock menu to see what I got when I leave the game it goes back to qustion marks

as the dev stated: you HAVE to finish the game before you see what you got

Yeah thx a lot I was finding a lot of them, and I was wondering why they didn't do anything, thx for the info!
