Where do I find spells

Hi! I started as a mage, but cannot find a single damaging spell. I progressed already quite far, but still got only support spells like Agility. Any hints, where I can get other spells?

I wish I could give you a better answer. I can say that I had a damage spell pretty early on, though I realize that's not particularly useful in an open world. But it's not down a long quest line or anything like that.

I was about to type that all spells were found in chests, but now I'm almost thinking that I bought that first attack spell in the central town. I've only just finished my first play through so I'm not really qualified to answer, lol. I'm only doing it because nobody else has yet :)

The more I think about it, I think it was in the tutorial area.

The damage spell you seek is in the tutorial island. The house with the old man. Go upstairs and interact with the chest. There's your spell.

Well, I died and was teleported away from Tutorial island. Any idea, how I can go back there?

Wait a minute...what do you mean "teleported" were you killed off the tutorial island?
First death should get you sent to the holding area of a God or else you're sent to one of his caves. Either way the tutorial is always accessible via the bridge connection.

Stand at the bottom of the steps leading to the Wobbly Noggin. Move in a straight line from the stairs. This will lead into a canyon with one or two goblins. Evade and follow the canyon and go uphill to the left. There will be a bridge. This bridge leads to the Tutorial island.

Tutorial Island is the entire starting area which has you assaulting the Darkstar Fortress.
