What is the maximum Lore/Charm required to get everything?

In particular, I prefer Lore over charm, but I want to get almost everything related to Charm.
So:
1) I read that one of the highest Charm requirements is persuading someone to give you a mansion for free (90 Charm), but I can also buy that for 200 coin and I think I'd rather go that route. Other than that, what is the highest required Charm needed to 100% the game, and is there anything even higher than 90 Charm?
2) What is the highest Lore requirement? Because I haven't found any guides on all the hidden spots yet.

1) IIRC 90 Charm is the highest. There's also a 120 check, but i'm not sure if it's possible to pass even with the item that gives you a "chance" to persuade npcs when you don't have high enough Charm.

upd: that item works + the 120 check dialogue is repeatable so you can retry it until you pass it.

I went Lore 80 And Charm 75 and I think that may have been good enough for everything I wanted out of it. I may have been able to do with less lore, didn't really pay attention, as I went 3 in everything and saved my points till I needed them to bump up a stat; so that I always had the stat I needed at any time I needed it, and that worked well enough; but the above numbers are where I ended up...

I am not aware of anything that is worth getting that needs higher numbers than these. If there is I would love to know what I missed...

Funny enough I was just looking online to see if this was the highest charm check you can get because with the perfume item I got lucky and passed it. Really cool funny interaction but was scared that there was gonna be more checks like that LOL

Yeah, that one's the highest check in the game, and it's actually a repeatable dialogue. You can retry it as many times as you want if the perfume doesn't trigger immediately
