I've recruited Jack, The Emberian, and Frost. Yet when I go back to the fort, after the High Confessor tells me that I found Jack she still gives me the next task as finding him at the Wobblin Noggin. I started my game after EA as well. I saw that this was fixed in one of the hotfixes, but unfort the issue persists.

Did you get the Duchess from the Endless Realm yet? After you talk to the Confessor you get the rest of your information from Jack Basalt, and you don't need to go to the Confessor again until you have Jack + the other 3 found.
