Do you get anything plot-related out of No Death run? Or it's just an achievement. I'm already pretty far into the game and yeeted myself off a cliff, wonder If I should replay or not.

havent done it myself but that death god dude is mentioned in one of the ending cutscenes and i dont wanna spoil anything but its so insignificant his story basically goes nowhere and he has pretty much 0 relevance to the plot so i imagine you do get a different cutscene with him but no new ending or anything major like that so deff not worth to restart

There is a scripted death towards the end of the game that you can't avoid; the dialogue there is a bit different if it's the first time you died (something like "I'm surprised you've not needed my help sooner"), but otherwise it doesn't change anything.
