Depends if you grind everything or just run it through. My playthrough with pretty much everything done was something between 25-30 hours.

10 hours at most if you're a completionist

I am twenty hours in and am at the second town so I suspect I will go past 40 hours. I am taking my time and enjoying the scenery and ambiance and running around finding stuff. I like the exploration part of it and getting stuff just in general, so I am spending alot of time just trying to get stuff that I don't really need as who doesn't like getting stuff.

In early access I completed the game (to the furthest possible point) twice and it took me 30hrs. I completed the full game right now, checking all the nooks and crannies and completing every achievement possible in one run in another 20hrs. Granted, I already knew most solutions to the quests and made use of the Agility's Addendum spell frequently.
