I have a union passport to give in my invantory but mikhial wont take it

I have a union passport in my inventory I bought before the clockwork city update came out I go to mikhial to give it to him but for some reason I cant. the option to give it just dosent show up and I cant go to the emporium to get it because the passport in my inventory was the last one before the update. Is thier anyway to fix this?

Thanks for reporting the bug! Do you have the "Safe Passage" quest in your quest log? If so, at the end does it say "Try searching Hallowshire's north-eastern coastline for another route.?" Or does it say "But you've heard of a sky sailor nearby who has been ferrying goods."? Or do you not have the quest at all? This will help us to bugfix this!

Lovely Hellplace it says But "you've heard of a sky sailor nearby who has been ferrying goods".It does not update after you speak to him

Im having this same issue as well, my quest says, "but Mikhail the sky sailor has agreed to smuggle you inside, for the price of one Apostatic Union Passport". I really dont want to have to restart my game. Thanks for the help !!

i too would like to visit sotha-sil but i cannot find a permit, the shop has not restocked them

I have the quest and it says "but Mikhail the sky sailor has agreed to smuggle you inside, for the price of one Apostatic Union" sorry for the late reply. I didnt expect to get a reply from a dev
